It uses an oversized crankshaft with 88mm shoulders, a roller cage and an oil seal in the gear selector, oversized main bearings for support the increase in power, reinforcements and ribs in the critical points and, for the first time on a Vespa crankcase, the REMOVABLE GEAR SYSTEM ( Pinasco REMOVABLE GEAR SYSTEM). sports exhausts for Vespa on the market without particular modifications. Factory crankshaft stroke 51 mm, connecting rod 105 mm, specific for Pinasco Slave crankcases with tungsten inserts and specific keying for Pinasco sprockets. Racing unbalancing, very high performance and remarkable resistance to stress are the characteristics of this product. With the Pinasco system it is possible to remove the pinion from the crankshaft without having to disassemble the clutch. It mounts bearings with 25mm axle 25-52-15-C4.
