Made in die-casting, the new Pinasco crankcase for Vespa Large is the spearhead of the production, made in 2 distinct models, Master with rotary valve and Slave with reed valve, the improvements made to the original model are noteworthy, including: - Oversized flywheel side bearing - Material overlays in correspondence of the transfer ports - Oversized intake valve - Reinforcements in critical points - Reed valve type RD 350 with Pinasco 8X arrangement for Pinasco pack - Adjustable rubber manifold - Ports already machined for all Pinasco groups. - In the 125 / 150cc model the crankcase has been machined to accommodate the shaft of the 200 model, increasing the size of the valve and using a 110mm connecting rod. Applications: Vespa T5 125.
